Oak Glen Ebook Delivery (“the app”) is provided by Oak Glen. This policy explains what information the app handles when a merchant installs it on a Shopify store, and when a buyer opens a library link.

Information we access

• Your store’s domain and the access token Shopify issues when you install the app.
• Products and variants you attach ebook files to, and the files themselves, which are stored in your store’s Shopify Files.
• Orders, to deliver ebooks: which items were bought, whether the order is paid, refunded or cancelled, and its fulfillment status. We do not request customers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers or addresses.
• Basic information about your staff account shown by Shopify during login, used only to keep you logged in.

Information we do not collect or store

The app does not store customer personal information. Library links are signed and contain only the order number and the items bought. Files and orders stay in your Shopify store. We do not sell or share any data.

How information is stored

Login sessions are stored securely on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and deleted when you uninstall the app. Request logs are kept for a short time for troubleshooting.

Your rights

We respond to Shopify’s data request and deletion webhooks. You can also email us to ask what data we hold or to have it deleted.
